Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  •  Standard shipping will take 3 to 5 business days to get to you once processed.
  • Priority Shipping will take 2 to 3 business days to get to you once processed. Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information.

International Shipping

 We Utilise USPS as our Shipping Carrier. Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. We are not responsible for any import or custom duties and taxes. All fees and taxes imposed during or after shipment are the resposibility of the customer.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days or sooner with the exception of weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, please expect a few days delay. We will communicate these changes to you via email contact.

Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email address you have provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. Please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Information

We are not liable for packages not delivered due to incorrect  or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
