CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • No. We work quickly to ensure that your order is ready and dispatched to you asap. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. If you need to make a size modification please email us immediately at zflairinfo@yahoo.com  

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

  • On rare occasions an item you have ordered may suddenly become unavailable. In that event, if your order contains additional items, those will be processed and shipped out to you and the out of stock item will be refunded.
  • Additionally if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT WHICH SIZE TO BUY?

  • Please see our Size Chart for general information on sizing located on the product page. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email us.

WHY DID I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE ENTERING MY BILLING INFO?

  • If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you.
  • Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

  • No, we do not offer refunds (STORE CREDIT ONLY). Note that bodysuits, white items, and sale items are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
